SferaPOS is a point of sale system that runs in a web browser. Staff ring up sales at the counter by searching or scanning, take cash, card, e-wallet or online transfer, and print or email the invoice. Delivery orders and marketplace orders from Shopee, Lazada and TikTok go into the same order list and pull from the same stock, so you have one number for what is on the shelf. Every product has a cost price, so the reports show profit, not just revenue. And it issues LHDN MyInvois e-invoices, so the counter stays compliant without a second system.

Does it need special hardware?
No. It runs in a normal web browser, so any laptop, Android tablet or iPad works. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner plugs straight in. Receipts and invoices print through the browser to a normal or thermal printer.
Does it support LHDN e-invoicing (MyInvois)?
Yes. SferaPOS includes a MyInvois module for individual e-invoices on request and consolidated e-invoices for walk-in sales. If you run a different POS or accounting system, Sfera also builds MyInvois integrations for those.
Can I track Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders?
Yes. Each order is tagged with its channel, stock is deducted from the same catalogue, and reports can be filtered by channel. Orders are entered into SferaPOS; automatic pulling from the marketplace APIs is available as a custom integration.
Can customers pay part now and the rest later?
Yes. Record the paid amount and the order carries an outstanding due amount against the customer until it is settled. Due balances show in the orders list and reports.
Does it show profit?
Yes. Every product carries a cost price, so orders and reports show profit alongside sales and tax. The inventory cost report shows what your stock on hand is worth.
Can I limit what staff can see?
Yes. Admin, manager and staff roles control access to cost prices, reports, settings and user management. Every change is written to the activity log with who did it and when.
Is my data locked in?
No. You can download a full SQL backup at any time from shop settings, export orders to CSV and reports to Excel, or run the system on your own server.
